RedsBlack Chat is a beta communication service. This policy explains the basic data handled by the service.

Data we collect

We may collect account details such as display name, email address, password hash, avatar, profile text, messages, uploaded media, reports, blocks, IP address for security logs and basic usage timestamps.

How we use data

Data is used to provide chats, rooms, media sharing, account security, moderation, abuse prevention and service maintenance.

User-generated content

Messages, photos, videos and files are content submitted by users. Do not share sensitive personal information or content you do not have the right to share.

Moderation and safety

Users can report or block other users. Administrators may review reports and remove content or restrict accounts where necessary.

Account deletion

You can request deletion through the account deletion page. Some logs may be retained for security, legal or abuse-prevention purposes where allowed.
