Terms of Use.

RedsBlack.com is an 18+ social chat platform with public rooms, private messages, profile media, 1:1 video features, AI-assisted translation and optional Premium features.

You must be at least 18 years old to use RedsBlack. Underage users are not allowed. We may restrict or delete accounts where we believe the user is underage or the account creates a safety risk.

You are responsible for your account, login details, profile information, messages and media. Do not share your password. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to avoid bans or restrictions.

You remain responsible for the content you post. By posting messages, profile information, photos, videos or other media, you allow RedsBlack to host, display, process, moderate, translate and technically adapt that content as needed to run and protect the service.

Do not post, request, promote or distribute: illegal content; child sexual abuse material; grooming; sexual content involving anyone under 18 or appearing under 18; non-consensual intimate images; threats; harassment; hate or discriminatory abuse; terrorist or extremist material; scams, fraud or phishing; malware; spam; doxxing; trafficking or exploitation; instructions for serious harm; or content that breaches another person’s privacy or rights.

Adults may choose to chat in adult spaces, but consent, legality and safety are required. No pressure, coercion, blackmail, stalking, revenge content, unwanted sexual pressure or abuse is allowed.

RedsBlack may use automated or AI-assisted translation to help users understand each other. Translations can be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on translations for emergencies, legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions.

Private messages and private media are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorised administrators or moderators may review private messages, private media, reports, logs and related activity where necessary for safety, abuse prevention, investigation, legal compliance, service operation or protection of users. Video calls may use WebRTC and related signalling data so the feature can work.

We may remove content, hide media, restrict features, block, suspend, ban, delete accounts, preserve evidence, report serious issues to relevant authorities, or take other reasonable action to protect users, the service and legal compliance. We may do this without prior notice where necessary.

Use the in-app Report or Block tools, or the Report page, if you see abuse, illegal content, underage use or suspicious behaviour. False or malicious reports may also lead to action.

If Premium features are offered, the price and main features will be shown before checkout. Payments may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. RedsBlack does not store full card details. Premium access may be removed if payment fails, is refunded, is disputed, or if the account breaches these terms.

The service is provided as available. Features may change, pause, break, be removed or be improved over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of content, or that every feature will always work on every device.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, RedsBlack is not responsible for losses caused by misuse of the service, user behaviour, third-party links, inaccurate translations, technical outages or content posted by users.

We may update these terms as RedsBlack develops. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
